I have just completed my latest eleven track CD ,31 Lawn Avenue, it's a journey from where i used to live as a small boy to present day, it has slow ballads, up tempo tracks and everything in between. I wrote ,produced,mixed and sung all eleven tracks, it has been a long but enjoyable process and one i am proud of.

Well we left Perth W.A a little later than planned,but we have visited most of the places i stated in the early stage of our journey. Essperance ,Bussleton,Albany etc ,and at the moment we are in Kalgoorlie,the gold centre of W.A.

Starting from Monday 9th March 2009 my family and I are starting out on a six months trip around Australia,we bought a caravan and will hopefully leave Perth West Australia and head out to the South West,first stop will be either Bussleton or Albany.

We hope to travel around the South West corner seeing also Essperance,Augusta,Walpole and any where else that takes our fancy before heading off along the Nullabore ( a road that runs from west to east to among other places Adelaide.

My first blog of 2009 relates to musical genres and how we pigeon hole them, take Soul...........

They speak of Soul music, and so it follows that particular genre,but surely by definition 'Soul music' is music of the soul and so is touched by emotion,so that begs the question , if any form of music moves you , is it not then Soul music ?

Well it looks like Robert Mugabee has finally lost the plot , he has blamed the Uk , Europe and America of planting the cholorea virus in Zimbabwe so they can oust him.

The financial crisis in Zimbabwe is so dire now they are printing 10,000,000,00 zwd notes , at the current exchange rate $100 usa = 186,487,666.(ZWD).

Well lets hope things improve pretty soon eh! , in the meantime i would like to wish you all a very

Well how are things in your country,is the government giving you a Christmas box ?
here in Australia they are giving every family with a child/children a lump sum bonus , the pensioners are also getting a cash gift.

It seems it's the governments way of stimulating the economy (theyr'e presuming everyone will spend the bonus) on the run up to Xmas, and i guess most countries have pretty much the same idea!  DOH ,HO,HO said Father Christmas !!

Well things aren't looking much better now are they,everyone's trying to save their money,except the goverment's,and they seem to be spending it quicker than they can print it.

I suppose it could be worse,George Bush could have become president again,declared war on Yorkshire in the UK because they talk funny and have a glut of yorkshire puddings,but we have Barak Obama,i listened to his speech with great interest,as I'm sure most people did,he seems to be just what the U S A has been waiting for,and hopefully he will do a great job

            Does your nose get blogged , what with all the doom and gloom out there , the state of the environment , the financial markets , Russia beating up Georgia , hmm ! , and Britney Spears has a new song out.

Look, it's pretty bad ok , i agree , but i don't think it's quite time to jump off the kerbside yet , just try to stay balanced.

Close your eyes , breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth four times , open your eyes ,there dosen't everything look better? of course it does.
